Okay, let’s start with the math.
Ignoring my amateur years for simplicity's sake, let's say I was a pro boxer for approximately five years (more like six, but again, let's keep the numbers easy). I trained for ten months a year, and sparred three rounds, four times a week
Certainly! Here's a clearer version of the sentence:
"So, if you multiply 5 by 10, then by 4, and finally by 3, you get a total of 600 rounds of getting hit in the head. Now, for those of you who know me, does this help clarify things?"
But wait! There’s more! Even being conservative, I got hit twenty—yes, 20—times—each round. Still with me? 600 x 20 is um… 12,000 hits to the noggin’.
Conservatively speaking, though it’s hard to believe, around 2,000 of these shots were real slammers. From this, it's reasonable to infer that the average Joe would end up on the floor. Out of this total, three hundred were potent enough to make a top ten contender woozy.
Now, I ask you, how many times have you been hit in the head?
Anyhow, today I am gonna give you an accounting of only four punches.
